Itinerary

8:30 Depart hotel

8:45 Arrive at Arlington National Cemetery

***We will need to process security. All people over 16 should have ID.

Thanks to the Davies Family, we have an exciting private behind the scenes tour in addition to visiting the typical sites at Arlington! We will visit the gravesite of President John F Kennedy and go to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers to see the Changing of the Guard, then more activities to follow with a Tomb Sentinel, including the stables where the horses that pull the funeral caissons live.

12:00 Lunch at Pentagon City Mall. This will be a quick food court lunch to keep us moving and fed.

1:00 Visit the Air Force and Iwo Jima Memorials

1:45 Visit the Natural History Museum

3:00 Visit the National Archives - this is a group reservation

4:15 Visit to:

The Vietnam Veterans Memorial
The Lincoln Memorial
Korean War Memorial
Picture Stop at The White House

5:30 Dinner at McNamara’s Crystal City https://www.mcnamaraspub.com

We will order off the menu. Kids meals come with fries/side and a drink and are not listed. Appetizers/dessert (unless that’s your meal) and alcohol are not included.
